No specific section. Curious as to whether pay bands will reflect differences between; for example a supervisory and a non-supervisory GS-12 position. Responsibilities are significantly different but under the current system, a supervisor and non-supervisor could be paid the same. I've seen this primarily at the GS-12 and GS-13 level. The vast majority of 14s and 15s are supervisory.
