You say that management will have the right to assign employees new or different work but will we get pay for that new or different? We now do so much work that is at a higher level then we are getting pay now. Will this help that. You say our pay will be based on local economy not on regional area but you also say that employees will not suffer no loss of pay as result of being converted. How does that happen when our pay is part of the locality pay. California has a big locality. I would be losing a lot of money if you don't count locality pay has part of my pay. You say that our pay raises are based on performance. We have so much napotism and favoritism here now. is this new system going to change that? How is this system going to kept the management from not hiring their family or who ever they want and not base on employee performance. Is management going to give the employee a performance goal so the employee know what they have to do to get a pay increases. What rights do employee have if they don't agree with management.
