Comments:
After reviewing the proposed NSPS regulations, I have noted that throughout the document, the Secretary of Defense is being afforded sole, exclusive, and unreviewable authority. This language is a direct contradiction to the cornerstone philosophies of a Democratic State. No single government official is beyond review or reproach and must be held accountable, at all times, to the general public of the United States. I recommend that all reference of said authority be stricken from the document and that acceptable checks and balances be included.
