PLS DO NOT CHANGE THE PERSONNEL SYSTEM. YOU CAN NOT IMAGINE WHAT THIS WOULD MEAN TO SOMEONE WHO HAS A BOSS WHO DOES NOT LIKE THEM. THIS WOULD MEAN AN ELMINATION OF THE OBJECTIVE STANDARD WHICH IS HOW SOMEONE SHOULD BE JUDGED. NOT WHETHER A BOSS LIKES, HOW A PERSON COMBS HIS HAIR, WEARS HIS CLOTHES, SMILES WHEN HE WANTS. ETC. ETC. A CHANGE IN OUR SYSTEM WOULD MEAN A LOSS OF DIGNITY, PERSONNEL, AND SKILL TO OUR GOV'T IN A TIME OF GREAT NEED.
