Comments:
I will be addressing the section that places authority for raises and firing in the hands of a direct supervisor. Placing this much power in the hands of a supervisor will set the rights of workers back 50 years.This kind of power is the direct reason that unions were established in the first place. It will only serve to promote the "good old boy system". Under this new system favoritism will certainly run rampant.
