Performance Management: Supervisors works with employees now to establish performance goals and expectations, aligned with mission-related goals. Every new and career employee is giving his or her performance goals and expectations. They are giving quarterly, simi-annual, and annual performance counciling. The performance council allow the employee to know where there need to be improvement if any. Feedback is giving to the Supervisors in most cases on a daily basic on the performances of employees.
