I want to see specifics on the process of how employees who are in or near the 2nd year of the 3 year period of a STEP Increase will be impacted by the implementation of the NSPS. Will those employees receive 67% of the STEP Increase added to their salary to order to establish their base salary? Specifics on this need to be clearly defined.
