When changing the pay system for the GS workforce, I think the GS employees that belong to the Air Force Research Laboratory should also be included in the NSPS system. GS employees did not go under the Lab Demo program. Now once again GS employees at the Lab are held back from their full potential. NSPS should also allow GS employees at the Lab to participate in the new pay system. I understand the Lab DR employees waiting until 2008 for the Lab Demoo program to be completed. But, I do not think GS employees should have to wait. GS employees at the Lab should be afforded the same opportunity as other GS employees.
