Labor-Management - subpart I - Not enough protection for employee. Not enough detail. Totally unsatisfactory. Management has too much power. Promotes corruption. Management, currently has great training to be good managers but big heads and a morality is prevalent in management. The only thing that protects employees are strick regulations and our union. Too limit any part of union negotiation is a limit on employee rights and protections.
