Good Morning: I have a few questions. What is the scheduled deadline for these proposals to become regulatory standards? How do these affect individuals who are hired under the disabilities act in regard to performance rating/pay? What incentives do you have in place to motivate those who supervise to become a reliable source in determining an employee's pay status? v/r Mr. Garrido
