To Whom It May Concern: I have a question concerning progression positions and how they will be impacted. I'm a Management Analyst, GS-0343-05 Target 11. How will that impact my Grade promotions. The way I understand it now, I will get my GS-07 this year, next year GS-09, then the next year GS-11. My question is will I still get my grade increases each year once the NSPS is implemented?
