This proposed change is just another attempt to have the good ole boy system. Congress and the President forget it's the DOD/Federal workers that help carry on the war efforts and yet they try to take what few benefits we have left. As Federal employees our benefit package is constantly under attack yet Congress and the Executive Branch add more and more benefits to their livilihood.
