Comments:

1. Plan should have ALL specifics worked out, published, and reviewed by ALL affected employes before implementation. 2. Plan allows MANY places for unfair/favoritism actions without any way to hold supervisors accountable. All increases in pay for employees should be made public to all employees to avoid "undercover" awards/rewards to friends/romantic interests, etc. This would hold everyone accountable. Otherwise, how would unfair labor practices be uncovered? 3. MOST IMPORTANT: Why not grandfather this change??? For example, employees with less than 10 years are converted, more than, stays with old plan. We are functioning under two retirement plans now . This allows employees who have worked in good faith to finish out their time and the new plan phased in..
