Personnel Rights `The rights that have been enjoyed by employees is the past will be gone and there is good and bad side to that issue. There have been abruises on both side but now it would seem that there does not have to be any accountability on the part of management. On pay banding, this enable management to brings folks to the job at a higher rate without regards to Qualifications. This is the same thing we were trying to get passed in past years. The government will never be able to work on a level playing field with private industry because of two main reasons. First because there will not be accountability for the process and second because there will not be a profit motive to measure success. Without metrics to gage success, there will be none. Thank you.
