You are creating a "good old boy" structure! If the boss doesn't like you, you won't get a pay raise! Employees are going to 'suck-up' to the boss, to try to get a pay raise! The boss will use the 'no pay raise for you' as a "hammer" over the employees! NSPS will create animosity between employees, because they will not be willing to share their 'corporate' knowledge! Employees will keep their 'corporate' knowledge to themselves, in order to impress the boss and receive a pay raise or a larger pay raise than their peers!
