With regards to the program and the replacement of the current GS schedule and the associated position descriptions, what does this do to the Title 32 employees that must maintain their military status to keep their civilian position and their requirement to maintain an AFSC / MOS? We are limited on one side by our training, duties, and positions based on our AFSC / MOS yet these are currently tied to the GS position descriptions. With the removal of Position Descriptions by this program how are we to be categorized and utilized for the civilian position when tied to an AFSC / MOS on the military side? Granted many of the GS position descriptions are old and do not fully cover the duties we have now, and I understand that is what this new system is going to help alleviate but how are we going to get around the military requirements for the Title 32 positions.
