Comments:
Will the implementation of NSPS affect the application process within the DONHR website? Will there be any consideration to those in line for a long-awaited step increase scheduled to occur shortly after the proposed NSPS implementation date? Much of an employee's performance may be subject to one supervisor's interpretation of good and bad. How do you avoid the situation of his/her adverse word against the subordinate when there are no other co-workers involved to validate the assessment?
