This new personnel system (NSPS), is like going back in time. It promotes Favoritism, Nepotism, Brown Nosing, and Sexual Harassment! This personnel system will create a Hostile work environment among workers, especially with that pay for performance system! This NSPS will decrease my standard of living and my job Security too! Why would I buy a big ticket item like a car or house ect., when I do not know if I will have a job from year to year or even month to month and how much money I will be making! This new personnel system is a really bad idea, workers will be at the mercy of management! It will be like working in a Sweat-Shop Atmosphere! I also read something about civilians can be assigned anywhere in the world, not me! The GS system was put in place to stop a lot of this! I an totally against NSPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
