My comments are totally against this new pay band. The system will allow the civil service employees to be classified not according to their skills and knowledge of expertise, but clumped together based on current salaries. Also,the employee would be at the mercy of some- one who may or may not feel he or she is performing up to their warped standards. As it stands now a person has to suck up to thier supervisor to get a head and I cannot see this new system being much better.
