The question: Will NSPS eliminate within step increase and the annual General Schedule pay increase? My comment is that you really did not answer the question on the annual General Schedule pay increase? Will NSPS have or will not have an annual pay increase for cost of living? Will NSPS have the same pay scale for the same grade ten years down the road?
