As a worker at ANAD, I agree with most of what NSPS is trying to do. I also realize it will take about 20 - 30 years for it to be fair with everybody.But we have to start somewhere. I have over 18 years invested with the DOD as a wage grade employee and have seen my share of workers that myself and others have had to "tote" just because they "have done their time" . I also realize that a 20 year old can out perform a 50 year old in heavy mechanic work, but the 20 year old will need to realize that someday he will be up against a younger generation, so he will not be able to complain. The only ones that I can see having a gripe are the older people with 20 or more years as of this writing. Still here at Anniston the younger people have a hard time staying up with the "old timers" that are so proficient in there work.
