Comments:
The new rules allow the DOD to ignor the MSPB regardless of the decision rendered by the MSPB, and the DOD will not consider any review by the MSPB for any reason and this is wrong. THE whole concept for an independent reviewing office such as the MSPB is to view the appellant and the agency actions and provide justice to resolve the conflict. This will, I am certain, not change in the proposed regulations set by the DOD in the new rules.
