Most of the changes seem to be pretty benine to GS series, however, it alarms me while reading the fact sheet, page 8, that there may be pay differences in same bands i.e. if I read this right, this could mean that some occupations would get the whole "local market suppliment" and others would get a lower portion of that "LMS". What your saying is some people don't need that economic help. I am confused with the way your fact sheet has presented those topics. Point...The question is about Locality Pay yes or no? Sounds like yes, with exceptions based on occupation, if this is the case..I think it is bad news. Please explain more clearly and or provide a detailed example that reflects what your trying to tell us. Thank You, Bill Tarvin
