I would like to congradulate each individual that was involved on creating this new system. This is the best thing to happen to the federal employees in a long time. Finally, there will be justice for the 20 percent of us that actually produce the work and never get credit because we have been blocked by the "Good Ol Boy network" for so many years. I am a WG-11 and took over the job of 2 GS-9 electronic tecnicians with little to no training. I have surpassed there production and continued to run 130 percent on the average. That was over 1.5 years ago and I am still a WG - 11. I am hoping that the system will help myself and others like me to be compensated for the skills and hard work that we display day in and day out. I am sending this letter because the union at our base, RAFB, informed us that this was our last chance to express our feelings about the new system coming online and we should act now with emails. I do not think this is the type of letter they intended for you to see, but I wanted to let you know that for every 20 bad letters you get, there are people like me that will be the future of our countries military that back you 100 percent. I am certain that the good will weed out the bad and we will have an even stronger civilian work force than we have ever had. Sincerly, Tyrone T. Tomblin
