I think that it's a shame a disgrace that the Bush admin. would allow this system to come into play. I served two years of military duty for my country and now practically all my rights as federal worker will be taken from me . What this system will do is make every worker in the shops work against each other trying to be liked by their managers. This new system will bring the quality of production down and will create a hostile enviroment. Heaven knows what else will happen outside the work place when we confront each other on the streets. Thanks.
