Pay Bands: The bands should be put into groupings as follows: 9-11,12-13,14-15, 15+. I realize that the numbers will go away, but for illustrative purposes, I have used our traditional system. A mechanism should be made available to move a high performer from a NHIII to an NHIV without having to wait for a few years to achieve a higher level. Managers should be classified within a separate pay pool.
