Supplementary Information, The Case for Action: Isn't it ironic that when the current administration is questioned about pay parity the argument it uses to not recommend pay parity is that we have a pay system that rewards our performers with step increases, etc. Yet, the same administration when asked why do we need to entirely overhaul the pay and personnel system says that the current pay system does not reward our performers. (Mr. President it appears your administration is flip-flopping on this issue!)
