Comments:
I believe that you should include military spouse preference in the US, not just overseas. The military spouses have lost a lot of job time due to military moves, and justly deserve to have a job awarded and not be beaten out by somebody who has been in the system forever. Most of the time, military spouses do not build up 3 years in the system to become permanent.
