Well here we are again back in the "Good ol Boy" system. Meaning no matter how much training you provide Supervision if you do not get along with him or her you are S.O.L from ever receiving any kind of pay raise or promotion other than the annual locality pay. And if you don't believe that then you have been out of the field way to long! I do not disagree that we have the 20 - 80 (20% of the people doing 80% of the work) rule working in high gear but for the 20% that are performing at least with the existing system we don't have to win a popularity contest to get a raise!
