This has nothing to do with national security. It is a disgraceful attempt at union busting . And abuse of Federal Employees. Management doesn't enforce the laws and regulations that we have now. They are the ones breaking the laws and regulations. You have good employees now, better than you deserve. If NSPS is enacted Most people will leave. I guess that is the real goal . More contracts to Halliburton
