Upon viewing the proposed changes, I would like to make the following comments. -Why are we transgressing backwards? If you allow management to make every decision without regards to any employee interaction, isnt that in fact dictatorship. The last time checked, our government is based on democracy. We all know that this is not a perfect world that we live in, and lets face it, we do not have perfect management. In fact many are corrupted. If you give them all the say so, ie performace raises, control of the many, their opinions are going to be very subjective and opinionated. I don't believe this policy is looking out for its employees. In fact I strongly believe that it will induce more harm than good. If we had the right to vote, or stop this insane proposal, I would strongly say NO.... Just leave well enough alone, and improve on the system we have now. The Union is there for a reason, to protect its employees from wrongfull doing. Lets not take our only voice away by allowing these proposed policies
