Comments:
This personnel system denies DOD civilian certain rights that are available for other Federal employees. While other Federal employees are still receiving COLA increase and WGI increases, DOD civilian will have to rely on the subjective attitudes and opinions of their supervisors. Having a hard time seeing the benefits to National Security the new personnel system is suppose to represent.
