I have read many of the comments sent in concerning NSPS. I am very concerned that managers will pursue personal vendetta's against employees to ruin their careers and the employee will not have much recourse. I fear that when you take away the current safe guards that that many more employees than you might think will revert to personal retaliation against supervisors who try to destroy them. People can only be pushed so far. When their livelihood is threatened, when their safe worlds are falling apart and they have no place else to turn for help, crazy things may happen. You are changing too much too fast. You are putting too much power in the hands of too few incompetent individuals. Many of the supervisors at this installation have been hand picked because they wear short enough skirts or are "yes" people. They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SUPERVISE!! Please think carefully about how managers are really selected and how they supervise. In all reality, the employees are competent enough to do the job but supervisors here who are competent enough to do their job are rare!! Enron was only the beginning. The U.S. government may be the end. Our installation will not survive much longer being led by even more powerful incompetents!
