Comments:
I believe the proposed NSPS will undernine the Civil Service and hurt the mission of the DoD Empoyee. All of us that are about to retire but can not yet are going to be affected. Supervisors are not always fair to the employees and now with this new method they are going to be abusing of the employees. I consider that the system does not change and may stay the way it is know. Cost of living is to expensive not to receive every year a pay ajustment and a step increase to help with the cost of living. I think that taking the Union people out and help us the lower grade employees is not fair. Who will help us against the bad supervisors that don't like you?
