- Locality Pay (currently with salary data from OPM, Labor Dept. & OMB ) replaced by "Local Market Supplements" set solely by DoD, which could significantly change locality pay rates. This is not fair to those who live far from work. - No Automatic Cost Of Living Adjustments (funds included in pay pools for distribution by management). This is not in keeping with the rest of the outside civilian workforce. It would be unfair. - RIFs conducted with very limited seniority rights (2nd year employee with outstanding rating could bump 20-year employee with excellent rating). This is not fair and equitable to someone who have given his life to the government. - Overseas Civilian Deployment (federal employees could be assigned anywhere in the world, even into a war zone, with little or no notice). This is unreasonable. We are not in the military, and did not sign on for this.
