Comments:
The NSPS system is a direct threat to the national security of the United States. If a foreign national, is able to secure a high level position, in say the DOD, he/she will be able to fire pro american workers, and replace them with fellow foreign nationals, basically taking over the Department of Defense, for the foreign nation. This could also happen if a major company, is able to place a company official, in a high level DOD position. He then can use the new system, to stack DOD, with fellow company croonies. Then they would be able bankrupt the United States governement, financially, via sweet contracts to their sponsor company. The current GS system, makes this almost impossible.....
