Pay, I feel the system that addresses pay is unfair compared to the present system.Doing away with the step increases is a cut in pay for all Govt. employees and the system of perform to pay for annual raises is unfair. This is nothing but a way to cut the Federal Employees pay.It is outrageous and needs a closer look by Unions and Management.
