5 CFR Chapter XCIX and Part 9901 COMMENTS After reading through the NSPS proposal, and working for DOD at the same organization for 20 years, I see very little change in the working conditions that already exist and the NSPS proposal. All this proposal does is make it legal for the management to do anything they want to the employees.
