Once again the good old boys are running the show and so much for the normal working guy. If I don't kiss butt I will not get ahead in the department. This pay banding is nothing but a shell game to save the senior salaries and screw the lower grade employees who really do the work. Oh by the way any thing in your local contract that conflicts with how the agency wants to do something wipe your butt with your contract. We will tell what you can have and so what we are not fair and honest. We are DoD, we’re right.
