This system is so full of holes and so ripe for misuse it is just terrible. No outside or third party to keep anyone in check. Gag orders so no one can tell anyone outside your agency or inside for that matter of wrong doing. Cause if you do you will be terminated. If you are terminated you will appeal it to the same people who fired you? That seams fair. Where did we get this system from the Russians?
