Section 9901.103 defines performance as accomplishment of work assignments or responsibilities and contributions to achieving organizational goals, including an employee's behavior and professional demeanor (actions, attitude, and manner of performance), as demonstrated by his or her approach to completing work assignments. What is meant by employee behavior? How will you define this term and ensure that it's definition is consistent throughout DoD? The same question must be asked of professional demeanor, attitude and manner.
