Section 9901.103 defines unacceptable performance as the failure to meet one of more performance expectations. What checks and procedures will be in place to ensure that supervisors do not assign performance expectations to employees that are designed to ensure that the employee will fail to meet those expectations? What procedures will be in place where an employee can question performance expectations that they feel are above their ability to meet?
