Subpart G 9901.712, Subpart H 9901.807 and Subpart F 9901.910 - There are six references to "sole, exclusive, and unreviewable discretion". Everything in government should be reviewable. It's outrageous. We are not in a communist country yet. Even the Presidents actions are reviewable. Who does the Secretary think he is? This should not be allowed to stand.
