To do what you think you want to do, you must leave the word "Security" in the title. Just to cover up the real intent. Workers not represented by a "Force" equal in statue to that of the employer, is just another "body". The NSPS will eventually evolve back to the old coal miners favoriate of the 20's and 30's. "The Company Store" and the DOLE will return as household words. Friends of the current regime or those in "Power" will have jobs, and for the others? These Ideas scare me as an American. I see more money lining of pockets, and degredation of the support provided by the current Civilian workforce to the men and women of our armed services. The government through it's studies know it can not contract out the Cival Service work force. It's costs are way to high and no controll of the people, only the contract. If Congress and members of the Senate were hired by the NSPS and the pay band proposed were applied to them equally. Would they vow for 20 or 30 or even 1 year of service to our Nation? NOT! We only have one Senator who thinks enough of his Nation to have a family member on active duty. And of the rest? Your statement above "The system is an "anonymous access" system, which means that DoD and OPM will not know your identity, e-mail address, or other contact information unless you provide it in the body of your comment, including the identification blocks below." Is purley bogas and a fabrication on some ones part. IP and MAC address is recorded with each transaction on this website. That can be tracked directly to my service provider, and to my account through his records. "We are not all stupid" And under the word "SECURITY" you can do what ever you want to do, and get a way with it. Last one out of the Democracy - turn out the lights!
