The fox guards the henhouse. Subpart D 9901.409 - There is only one place to go if you need to challenge your rating and that one place is a board of three people, hand picked by Rumsfeld. What do you think your chances are? You get to tell DOD you have a problem and DOD gets to tell you "we don't think that's a problem". Too bad, so sad, if you don't like it, quit! Oh by the way, maybe you got hit with Subpart A 9901.103, Performance Definitions. Perhaps you were rated on professional demeanor (actions, attitude, and manner of performance). If you raised too many questions, you were probably rated on your "attitude". After all, you don't seem to "get along" or "be a team player". In other words, next time sit down, shut up and do as we say. All be good little robots or we will spank. No raise for you.
