Subpart H 9901.907 allows the Secretary to hand pick three people for the National Security Labor Relations Board. I do not think this is right. These members should be picked by a neurtal congressional committee or some other impartial entity other than the Secratary. A hand picked Board would not be impartial, after all, they must have been 100% in lock step or they wouldn't be there in the first place. This subpart must be either stricken or changed to insure complete impartiality.
