Premium Pay § 9901.361 General. (a) This section applies to eligible DoD employees and positions which would otherwise be covered by 5 U.S.C. chapter 55, subchapter V, subject to a determination by the Secretary under § 9901.102(b)(2). In making such a determination, the Secretary may -waive- the provisions of 5 U.S.C. chapter 55, subchapter V (except section 5545b), in whole or in part with respect to any category of employees approved for coverage. It is my understanding that the above will mean some of us will lose pay, because some of our pay is considered PREMIUM. That being the case, we will lose a chuck of pay!
