I think this new system is not a good thing. If your boss does not like you you will get nothing. I am in a field were I can only go to a GS4 step 10 then I can go no higher. I am a good worker and I go into work sick a lot of time but if my boss has something he/she does not like ab out me I will get nothing. I think we should stick to the old system and forget about this new one. Help the working people don't hurt them.
