If flexibility of the work force is the issue. Rumsfeld should lead the way and move his office to Iraq for six months and see what it is like to be away from family for awhile, and have the same security as the government civilian workers have, nothing extra. Don’t just say one or two days. Who decides what pay band Rumsfeld and the other senior executives should receive? Transparency is not what I get when I read NSPS outlines. Smoke and mirrors is more like it. The whole system is flawed and should be thrown out. No meat and potatoes on the real issue that would make it work just the pork of why DoD needs a change. This is just union busting, plan and simple.
