This whole thing is a union busting tactic. Management rights that cover everything and all are non-negotiable. Change the pay grades and not tell anyone what they are. Where the top or bottom of the grades is, who decides and who makes the finial call on them. Plus the management right not to have to let a third party look into wrong doing. You might as well as fire all the EEOC people now. The are useless in this system.
